To request a refund, please send an email to support@speakflow.com with your registered email, order details (Stripe transaction reference), and the reason for your refund request. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days.
Once approved, your refund will be credited back automatically to your original payment method (Credit card, UPI, Debit card) via Stripe. It may take 5-7 bank working days for the credit to reflect in your statement.
